In Short

• Lead and manage the finance department functions including accounting, AR/AP, reporting, taxes, FP&A, financial audit, and payroll.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
• Implement cost control measures and drive financial process improvements.
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and business growth.
• Help secure funding through venture capital, debt financing, or other means.
• Oversee quarterly and annual financial planning process including budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports to various stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
• Support investor relations and prepare financial information for fundraising activities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior financial role in a high-growth startup/scaleup.
• 10+ years at a SaaS company and at a top-tier accounting firm.
• Broad experience with venture capital fundraising and M&A.
• Undergraduate and/or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• CPA designation.
