In Short

• Full-time Business Analyst role in the Implementation team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements.
• Analyze customer data and develop solutions for implementation.
• Support multiple simultaneous customer projects.
• Drive quality control through testing and validation.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and documentation.
• 2-4 years experience in Business Analysis, preferably in Fintech.
• Proficiency in data management using CSV, JSON, and spreadsheets.
• Understanding of Project Management and SaaS delivery.
• Salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in technical scope documentation and solution configuration.
• Client-facing experience, ideally in customer success or project management.
• Ability to manage large datasets and understand data querying.
• Wealth management experience preferred.
