In Short

• Own the end-to-end trading and reconciliation product lifecycle.
• Design and optimize order execution and settlement processes.
• Drive the development of scalable trading infrastructure.
• Work with custodian APIs and financial data pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management in fintech.
• Strong knowledge of equity trading and reconciliation workflows.
• Experience with trading engines and order management systems.
• Familiarity with custodian integrations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in building automation-driven products.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.
