Technical Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Spiceworks Ziff Davis is looking for a Product Manager with strong technical acumen who can help us deliver best-in-class reporting for internal stakeholders and external clients.

In Short

• Create product roadmap for new reports and enhancing existing reports.
• Transition between technical solutioning and high-level client discovery.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the product.
• Contribute to the design and development of reporting products.
• Support an agile team by communicating requirements and prioritizing features.
• Drive innovation in reporting products through market analysis.
• Understand complex data dependencies.
• Work with BI and engineering to prioritize bugs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with APIs and data tables.
• Experience working with client facing teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of emerging AI technologies preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years knowledge of SQL required.
• Experience with Sisense and Tableau preferred.
• Experience with marketing insights preferred.
• Must be willing to work flexible evening hours.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
