In Short

• At least 3 years of experience as a technical product manager
• Direct product management experience in one of the following areas: identity & access management, billing, internal tools, developer tools, security, privacy, process automation, workflows, infrastructure
• Direct product management experience leading integration initiatives with third-party vendors
• Experience working as a part of a product team, driving collaboration and execution of the whole team
• Structured approach to problem-solving
• Experience making decisions based on data analysis and user research
• Basic understanding of system design
• Ability to review third-party API documentation
• English level: B2+ or higher, preferably C1
• Proficiency in Russian

Requirements

• Work as a part of a product team focused on resolving problems with our platform and infrastructure
• Re-engineer how appointments and patients of our platform operate on the technical level
• Improve transparency for the finance department by rebuilding internal workflows
• Automate internal business processes that generate losses and inefficiencies
• Integrate with insurance billing carriers for expansion
• Collaborate with Medical Operations, Support, and other internal teams
• Build product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the team
