Senior Marketing Designer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Marketing Designer is a crucial part of the team, responsible for designing long-format digital assets for B2B tech marketers such as pitch decks (Google Slides & PPTX), 1-page executive summaries, explainers, ebooks and potentially some promotional assets like digital banners, emailers, social media posts etc. You will join our high-performance, outcome-oriented team; where transparency, integrity, agility and hands-on job ownership are valued above all else.

• Design digital assets including pitch decks, 1-page summaries, and promotional materials.
• Oversee all design projects from conception to delivery.
• Understand briefs from marketing teams and provide design solutions.
• Create design options for review by stakeholders.
• Explain design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
• Deliver high impact visual assets within deadlines.
• Review and approve designs developed by contractors.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing projects.
• Coordinate with marketing stakeholders for adapting creatives.
• Innovate and improve engagement through creative solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years in commercial design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
• Excellent understanding of colors, layout, typeface, and illustrations.
• Good understanding of digital marketing trends and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing opportunities and manage tradeoffs.
• Experience in building sales collateral in the B2B Technology sector preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary.
• Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
