Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital/graphic design.
• Strong portfolio in digital marketing and campaign design.
• Native in Japanese and strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visual composition, animation, and typography skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects.
