You will join a small, high-ownership global marketing team and have direct impact across our most important markets.

In Short

• Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple global markets.
• Own campaign performance end-to-end with a data-driven approach.
• Work cross-functionally with global teams.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for CAC, ROAS, and marketing efficiency.
• Test creatives, audiences, and placements in collaboration with the creative team.
• Contribute to budget planning and growth forecasting.
• Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and localized.
• Stay informed on platform updates and competitive activity.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media.
• Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Experience running campaigns across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, async environment.
• Professional English proficiency.
