• Lead execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital channels.
• Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Implement conversion tracking using tools such as Google Tag Manager.
• Develop and execute retargeting strategies to improve customer acquisition.
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce ad assets.
• Report insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging platforms and trends in paid media.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, or HubSpot preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, B2B, or regulated industries preferred.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance in digital advertising.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Digital Media.
• 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising and paid media campaigns.
• Proven experience managing campaigns across various platforms.
• Strong knowledge of tracking tools and methods.
• Experience with retargeting audiences across platforms.
• Excellent understanding of multi-channel attribution.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
