In Short

• Provide operational support for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Assist with administrative tasks related to educational initiatives.
• Draft and maintain schedules for webinars and events.
• Perform quality control checks for webinars.
• Edit educational materials and presentations.
• Respond to inquiries from speech-language pathologists (SLPs).
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders.
• Utilize tools like Slack, Outlook, and HubSpot.
• Work independently and collaboratively.
• Maintain organized records and logs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Computer savvy and comfortable with technology.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
