In Short

• Administer and configure HubSpot CRM.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Manage and maintain CRM objects, pipelines, and reports.
• Ensure high data quality and integrity through audits.
• Investigate and resolve CRM issues.
• Manage incoming CRM-related requests through a ticketing system.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and standards.
• Enable and support end users through training.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams on integrations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows and automation.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 2 times per year.
• Strong understanding of CRM data models and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical users.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
