Senior Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will strengthen our ability to turn data into actionable insights across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and deliver dashboards and reports that support decision-making.

In Short

• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical needs.
• Analyze data from various sources to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Deliver actionable dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate on ETL pipelines and data modeling.
• Document metric definitions and data sources.
• Support product managers with insights from Amplitude.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data governance standards.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or BI roles.
• Experience with Amplitude or similar platforms.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling tools.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS or Azure).
• Excellent communication skills.
