Clinical Technology Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Technology Consultant is responsible for providing clinical support and device training throughout the consumer-driven trial process, working directly with adults with complex communication needs and related professionals.

In Short

• Provide remote training to adults with complex communication needs.
• Perform initial consultations for AAC device trials.
• Assist clients in customizing their Lingraphica device.
• Prepare clients for AAC evaluations.
• Train SLPs on evaluations after client training.
• Attend virtual assessments to support SLPs.
• Foster relationships with clients and SLPs.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical support teams.
• Document all customer interactions in CRM.
• Participate in sales enablement projects and marketing collaborations.

Requirements

• Masters in Speech Language Pathology required.
• SLP license required.
• Minimum 3 years of AAC clinical experience in adult speech pathology required.
• Tele-practice experience preferred.
• Understanding of the role of SLPs in treating communication needs.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Lingraphica technologies preferred.
• Proficiency with Zoom and virtual training.
• Experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Office preferred.
