Overview

As a Technology Consultant at ServiceRocket, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to clients, facilitating customer discussions, and implementing high-quality solutions using company products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant or similar.
• Proven track record in implementing solutions for Atlassian products.
• Exceptional consulting and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in technical skills such as SQL and scripting.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM principles.
