CX Technology Consultant - Remote

Overview

The CX Technology Consultant is responsible for analysing, designing, programming, debugging, and modifying enhancements or new products used to deliver Conversational AI solutions, including Agentic AI. This role involves providing strategic guidance and advisory to customers on best practice platform management using various technologies.

• Work with stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver business value.

Requirements

• Experience with Conversational AI platforms.
• 3+ years of development experience.
• Proficient with modern DevOps tools.
• Strong financial management practices.
• Business acumen.
• Key vendor product knowledge (Cognigy) is a plus.
• Knowledge of competing product offerings is a plus.
