In Short

• Consult customers on architecture and technology issues.
• Assist in project starts by organizing parameters with the team and client.
• Evaluate and improve existing IT systems through assessments and migrations.
• Plan and conduct customer workshops for project requirements.
• Engage in community activities and present at conferences.
• Proactively approach potential clients and support the proposal process.
• Contribute to the improvement of both client organizations and Qvest Digital.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a software developer or architect.
• Experience in the software development lifecycle processes.
• Ability to conduct workshops both on-site and remotely.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Understanding that IT architecture is closely linked to coding.
• Ability to explain complex topics to non-IT stakeholders.
• Familiarity with current technology trends like Cloud, AI, and Cybersecurity.
• Creative problem-solving skills for client challenges.
• Willingness to engage with new contexts and cultures.
• Experience in presales meetings and proposal creation.
• Strong communication skills across all business levels.
• Fluency in German and English at least at C1 level.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
