Technology Consultant (Contract) - Remote

Overview

As a Technology Consultant at ServiceRocket, you will provide consulting services to clients, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions and measurable business improvements.

In Short

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions.
• Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and recommendations based on best practices.

• Handle customer engagements including scheduling and communication.
• Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions.
• Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution implementation.
• Exceptional consulting and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with a holistic view.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Understanding of asset management and analytics tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Groovy, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles.
• Experience in UAT testing and test use-case development.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
