Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join us as a key member of our organization, focused on driving customer acquisition and satisfaction through technical expertise and collaboration with the sales team.

In Short

• Build strong customer relationships through onsite and remote interactions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and articulate ServiceRocket's value proposition.
• Partner with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Identify opportunities for ServiceRocket solutions and participate in proposal creation.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and offer technical guidance for RFPs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceRocket's and partner technologies.
• Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and marketing teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends to develop opportunity strategies.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Develop and maintain clear and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing solutions architecture experience with Atlassian products.
• Experience with technical pre-sales or solution consulting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to establish rapport with customers and think critically.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
• Understanding of Web application and SaaS architectures.
• Familiarity with SSO, SAML, and Active Directory.
• Experience mentoring other consultants.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
