In Short

Lead customer discoveries and develop implementation strategies.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a client-facing technical role.
Experience leading technical implementations at an enterprise B2B or B2B2C SaaS company.
Hands-on experience with web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Proven ability to work directly with external customers and influence decisions.
Strong technical skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Understanding of common security concepts and standards.
Experience synthesizing business and technical requirements.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Experience working with commercial teams to drive customer success is a plus.
