ServiceRocket is seeking an Extended Rocketeer to provide consulting services, focusing on implementing high-quality Atlassian-based solutions and enhancing customer relationships.

• Design, develop, and implement Atlassian-based solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in implementing solutions.
• Experience with Atlassian products is essential.
• Exceptional consulting and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools like Jira and Trello.
• Familiarity with scripting languages is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with ITIL and ITSM principles.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
