The Senior Consulting Software Developer will lead the development of tailored software solutions for clients, taking a proactive role in project initiation and management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development using Java/Kotlin, Go, NodeJS, or Python.
• Strong software architecture knowledge.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps understanding.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to mentor and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (C1 level).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
