In Short

• You will develop tailored software for our clients in the Software Development Team.
• You will take on a leading role in the team, clarifying open points with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the entire team can work well.
• You will have an eye for technical and organizational improvements and proactively suggest solutions to our clients.
• You will take responsibility in newly starting projects to set them up correctly.
• You will manage the clarification of project parameters with the client during the presales phase and create an offer.

Requirements

• You bring extensive practical experience (at least 5 years) as a software developer in at least one of the languages Java/Kotlin, Go, NodeJS, Python.
• You possess good software architecture knowledge.
• You are familiar with at least one of the three major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• You have experience with CI/CD tools and a good understanding of DevOps.
• You have a deep understanding and experience with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban, scaled agile frameworks).
• You can inspire your team and set an example for other developers through mentoring.
• You demonstrate target group-oriented communication, openness, and a professional demeanor.
• You enjoy quickly getting to know new customer contexts and building knowledge about a new industry.
• You like to shape your own field of work.
• You have German and English language skills at C1 level.
