Senior Performance Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

Prenuvo is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Marketing team as our Senior Performance Marketing Specialist. This role will support community-building, engagement, and social interactions across our digital platforms, enhancing Prenuvo’s brand visibility, fostering community connections, and supporting our continued growth.

In Short

• Develop and execute paid media campaigns that increase sales and revenue across the North American, EMEA, and APAC markets
• Manage campaigns across various paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, and Programmatic
• Build reporting structures alongside the Senior Marketing Manager that tracks improvements in performance, spend, and other key metrics
• Identify opportunities for scale while managing a budget of $4 million/month
• Liaise with marketing operations and design teams for regular creative refreshes
• Support A/B testing for creative refreshes and ad copy analysis
• Audit existing ad platforms and analyze performance

Requirements

• Analytics, Reporting & Data-Driven Decision Making
• Familiar with marketing dashboards in Looker Studio and Google Analytics 4
• Understanding of custom scripts in PMAX and other campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics
• Use insights to refine campaign strategies and audience targeting
• Collaborate with the Senior Advertising Manager for performance improvement
• Manage vendor relationships with Google, Meta, and Programmatic reps

• Base salary ranges from $90,000-$105,000 depending on experience
