In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions during implementations.
• Serve as the program manager for new customer onboarding projects.
• Facilitate customer planning sessions to ensure plans are reviewed.
• Provide regular customer updates including key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to represent customer needs.
• Nurture existing accounts and identify upselling opportunities.
• Act as a subject matter expert for customers during implementations.
• Monitor and control overall project health including risk mitigation.
• Analyze data to guide strategy and implementation of solutions.
• Contribute to improving processes and documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project/program management or management consulting.
• Experience in wealth management/wealth technology.
• Hands-on experience leading SaaS-based implementations.
• Ability to develop strategies for SaaS implementations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility with working hours to meet customer needs.
