As a Project Manager on the Customer Onboarding Team, you’ll help bring this mission to life by guiding organizations through the implementation of the Fluxx platform. You’ll partner with customers to streamline their grantmaking processes, foster collaboration, and ensure every project delivers lasting value. Your leadership, communication, and technical expertise will help our customers transform how they fund and create impact in their communities.

In Short

• Operate as a relationship manager and primary point of contact for the customer while leading the implementation of the Fluxx platform.
• Be well versed and experienced in all aspects of project management.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with customers and turn the data gathered into functional requirements.
• Be a super awesome communicator.
• Serve as the face of the organization to the customer.
• Facilitate sessions with project stakeholders.
• Track and document everything that happens on the project.
• Conduct demos and support customer training.
• Help develop tools, best practices, and documentation for project management.
• Be hands-on supporting your customer and team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• Meticulously detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Awesome at being a human-centered team player.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with managing key stakeholders.
• Problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to overcome challenges.
• Excel at both written and verbal communication.
• Strong technical acumen.
• PMP is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with grant management processes is a huge plus.
