Overview

The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role on the Client Services Team at Fluxx, overseeing the implementation of the Fluxx platform and ensuring effective project management throughout the lifecycle.

In Short

• Operate as a relationship manager and point of contact for clients.
• Oversee all aspects of project management from planning to implementation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, including SAAS projects.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for collaboration.
• Experience managing key stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Problem-solving skills with creative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of grant management processes is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and grant-making software is advantageous.
