Overview

The Senior Project Manager role is responsible for managing implementation projects for all Nextech products, ensuring success through collaboration and adherence to best practices.

• Manage implementation projects for Nextech products.
• Plan and coordinate product implementations.
• Maintain issue lists and manage to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments for project success.
• Create project charters and schedules.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments.
• Establish communication schedules with stakeholders.
• Review quality of work completed by the project team.
• Participate in mentoring and coaching junior project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience working with business stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Assertive with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
