Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Senior Projects Managers are crucial to the success of Clinical Trials managed by Innovaderm. They are the main point of contact internally as well as externally, ensuring all activities and deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and as expected.

In Short

• Serve as primary contact for the Sponsor
• Oversee project deliverables and ensure audit readiness
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Lead project teams and ensure adequate training
• Participate in planning and conducting Investigator’s Meetings
• Monitor quality of study deliverables
• Control internal hours allocated to project activities
• Communicate effectively with study team members
• Analyze discrepancies between planned and actual results
• Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed on time

Requirements

• B.Sc. in a related field of study to clinical research
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an asset
• At least 10 years industry experience, including 3 years in a CRO
• At least 7 years of clinical project management experience
• Experience leading multi-centered, multinational phase III clinical trials
• Excellent knowledge of GCP and ICH standards
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Strong ability to work under pressure while meeting timelines
• Bilingualism is an asset
