Overview

The Senior Project Manager at JLL will be responsible for the effective management and successful execution of all phases of construction projects, particularly in interior fit-out, ensuring maximum value for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Construction/Project Management.
• Strong background in Interior fit-out Management.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.
• Skilled in Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• Experience with CAD and project-related software.
• Innovative thinking and sustainability practices are valued.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage commercial negotiations and contract administration.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
