Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager will act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality, sustainability and safety standards.

In Short

• Develop and manage governance, communication and management control systems.
• Review organization structures and recommend alignment measures.
• Monitor team performance and initiate improvement measures.
• Identify project risks and manage mitigations.
• Conduct weekly technical and progress meetings.
• Manage client stage gateway reviews and approvals.
• Attend site visits to review HSSE, logistics and progress.
• Produce formal reports on project progress and KPIs.
• Administer relevant contracts and manage invoicing.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent.
• Real Estate sector experience.
• 10 - 15 years Project Management experience.
• 5 years experience in the Middle East.
