Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager plays an integral role in our delivery organization, leading the charge in building and inspiring high-performing teams while delivering cutting-edge solutions within the Microsoft Technology stack.

In Short

• Manage large, complex projects that align to organizational objectives.
• Work with project stakeholders to develop project communications and set direction.
• Facilitate risk assessment/mitigation sessions and manage risks proactively.
• Leverage project management life cycle principles and methodologies.
• Manage project budgets of $2M - $10M+.
• Participate in Steering Committee activities and deliverables.
• Provide leadership and communication on project progress and challenges.
• Participate in ongoing process improvement within the organization.
• Provide first-line escalation point for project matters and coach the team.
• Lead teams in ambiguous situations and drive decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in a Project Management role.
• Proven experience implementing ERP, CRM, or Cloud solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management and customers.
• Applied experience with Project Management principles and methodologies.
• Proven success leading projects with teams of up to 20 consultants.
