Lead Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Controlling - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Functional Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in Finance and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to analyze complex accounting requirements, design solutions, and present them effectively to clients.

In Short

• Consulting and designing solutions in Finance & Controlling using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Analyzing and evaluating customer requirements in finance.
• Creating functional concepts and system designs.
• Conducting workshops and training for clients.
• Supporting sales with presales activities, including demos and presentations.
• Managing and leading project streams in Finance.
• Collaborating closely with technical consultants and project management.
• Sharing knowledge and mentoring junior consultants.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong knowledge of German tax law and HGB accounting standards.
• Proficient in process analysis and modeling.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in presales or customer workshops is a plus.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Fluent in German (C1+) and good English (B2+).
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance are a plus.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and MS Project is advantageous.
