Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are searching for a Senior Project Manager in our CMC Integration team within Operation Products Advancement in Process Development, responsible for integrating Process Development activities and managing cross-functional teams.

In Short

• Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules for pipeline projects.
• Focus on supporting programs in the Pivotal, Life Cycle Management, and Commercial space.
• Manage cross-functional teams within Process Development across all modalities.
• Partner with technical leads to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Proactively manage plans to meet deliverables.
• Draft timeline scenarios for project execution across multiple development paradigms.
• Ensure active communication in management reviews and governance meetings.
• Leverage soft skills and technical knowledge to influence project outcomes.
• Track delivery and create repositories for all Process Development deliverables.
• Support Business Process improvements and alignment with the Commercialization Office.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Project Management experience or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
