Overview

Fluxx is looking for a highly motivated Senior AI Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered product initiatives, ensuring that Fluxx remains at the forefront of innovation in the grantmaking space.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Product Management
• 3 years managing AI/ML products
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science
• Experience with AI-powered SaaS or B2B products
• Quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Strong product management skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Familiarity with AI governance and responsible practices
• Excellent communication skills
