Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager at Cypress Creek Renewables will guide utility-scale solar and BESS projects throughout the full project life cycle, ensuring thorough planning and execution while managing risks and budgets.

In Short

• Lead utility-scale solar and storage projects from development to commercial operation.
• Conduct constructability reviews and early risk assessments.
• Manage project budgets and cash forecasts.
• Oversee EPC RFP processes and contractor management.
• Ensure compliance with project contracts and permits.
• Report on project cash flow, schedules, and risks to management.
• Act as a liaison among internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
• Support construction strategy and implementation plans.
• Participate in supplier selection and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy or industrial construction.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management and project lifecycles.
• Experience with EPC and BOP construction contracting.
• Familiarity with compliance in project contracts.
• Basic understanding of construction labor relations in the US.
