Overview

The Project Manager guides utility-scale solar and BESS projects throughout the full project life cycle, ensuring thorough planning and execution while managing third-party contractors.

In Short

• Lead utility-scale solar and BESS projects from development to commercial operation.
• Conduct constructability reviews and risk assessments.
• Manage project budgets and cash forecasts.
• Oversee the EPC RFP process and contractor management.
• Ensure compliance with project contracts and permits.
• Present project status to management regarding cash flow and risks.
• Act as a liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Travel 50% on average for site visits and project management.
• Coordinate with suppliers for project needs.
• Support project closeout processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years in renewable energy or industrial construction project management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management and project lifecycles.
• Experience with EPC and BOP contracting, including the RFP process.
• Basic knowledge of construction labor relations in the US.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
