Requirements

• 1–3 years of project management experience in a creative or marketing agency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Experience working across cultures and time zones.
• Fluency in English and Russian for client communication.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
