Overview

As a Project Manager at Simetrik, you will lead end-to-end enterprise implementation projects within the Payments and Reconciliation domain, ensuring that every initiative drives measurable business impact, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within Payments or FinTech.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience linking project outcomes to business performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of payment flows and financial reporting.
• Advanced command of project management methodologies.
• Ability to lead under pressure and manage ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High sense of ownership and urgency.
