Overview

We are looking to hire for Project Manager role, this role requires a candidate who is adept at leading by example, with a strong foundation in project management principles, effective team leadership, and the capability to navigate the complexities of fitout projects.

• Manage designated projects including planning, design, construction, and closeout.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Residential project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate skills with project management software.
• Ability to read and understand complex project documents.
• Commitment to quality and safety.
• Proactive approach to risk management.
• Ability to present information effectively.
• Experience with budget management.
