Director of Offensive Security Research & Community - Remote

Overview

This role is a critical leadership position responsible for leading Cobalt’s Offensive Security Research & Community, combining in-house security research with an international community of ethical hackers.

• Lead Offensive Security Research & Community.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in offensive security.
• Experience delivering consulting and managed security services.
• Strong team management skills.
• Dynamic public speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in community building is a plus.
