Overview

The Director of Offensive Security Research & Community is a critical leadership role responsible for leading Cobalt’s Offensive Security Research & Community (R&C), combining in-house security research with an international community of ethical hackers.

In Short

• Lead the Offensive Security Research & Community team.
• Set and execute strategy for recruiting and engaging security experts.
• Own guidelines for security services to ensure high-quality results.
• Collaborate with product management on security tools integration.
• Conduct novel security research with the Cobalt Core community.
• Represent Cobalt at industry conferences and events.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in offensive security services.
• Experience in consulting and presenting to senior technical leadership.
• Proven track record in managing high-performing teams.
• Dynamic public speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in community building is a plus.
• Located in the East Coast Time Zone.
