Publisher Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Publisher Account Manager role is an integral role for the cultivation of deep and strategic relationships with partners that leverage Minute Media's monetization solutions and the STN Online video player.

In Short

• Execute publisher onboarding and day-to-day account management.
• Present and demonstrate the value of upsell product opportunities.
• Ongoing monitoring of account performance with proactive client communication.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of upsell and renewal opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
• Relay partner feedback and advocate for client requirements.
• Collaborate with the Director of Publisher Services to refine account management processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales or account management experience with ad tech and/or online video.
• Proven experience managing high-touch customer accounts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• High-caliber critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new skills.
• Proficiency with standard business applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Ability to travel as needed.
