Overview

The Key Account Manager is responsible for delivering business results and building relationships at key accounts, focusing on the Spreads portfolio and expanding the Violife non-dairy cheese brand.

In Short

  • Achieve profit, volume, distribution, and other key metrics.
  • Develop and implement sales plans for new and existing businesses.
  • Build value-enhancing relationships with key customers.
  • Negotiate contractual terms for maximum ROI.
  • Work with broker partners to evaluate business trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in direct account management in CPG Sales.
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Understanding of P&L and financial metrics.
  • Knowledge of Sales Planning Systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to travel for customer visits and team meetings.
