Overview

As a Legal Trainee (m/f/d) at Flora Food Group, you will work as a full member of our Legal & Compliance team within an internationally leading FMCG company, supporting key business areas with complex legal and economically relevant issues.

In Short

• Engagement in legal consulting for business stakeholders in the DACH and Nordics regions.
• Addressing complex issues in food law, competition law, data protection, and compliance.
• Collaboration with Regulatory department on labeling and advertising claims.
• Legal support on strategically relevant topics along our production and supply chains.
• Drafting, reviewing, and commenting on contracts.
• Conducting in-depth legal research on national and European legal issues.
• Coordinating with external law firms on national and international levels.
• Participation in corporate-wide projects related to governance and process optimization.
• Preparation of legal opinions and presentations for management and project teams.
• Working in both German and English.

Requirements

• Strong interest in economic, regulatory, and corporate strategic issues.
• Excellent understanding of economic contexts with a clear business focus.
• Fluency in German and English; international experience or an LL.M. is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and high legal quality awareness.
• Independent, structured, and responsible work style.
• High level of engagement, discretion, and professionalism.
• Very good MS Office skills and interest in Legal Tech.
