As the Director of Fraud Operations, you will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling Aspire's global fraud operations capabilities, ensuring the best and safest customer experience possible.

Requirements

• 10+ years in fraud risk management or operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing fraud teams.
• Experience in developing global fraud strategies.
• Deep understanding of global payment systems fraud.
• Strong knowledge of fraud detection systems and analytics.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Professional certifications like CFE or CAFS preferred.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
