The Director of Operations will lead a team of design and construction professionals, ensuring project execution and client relations while developing business strategies and recruiting top talent.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in the Design/Construction Industry.
5+ years in the Life Sciences sector.
Proven project management experience.
Experience in business development and client relations.
Ability to develop proposals and strategies.
