• Oversee day-to-day operations related to HR, IT, contracts, and vendor management.
• Ensure effective and efficient execution of operations to support organizational objectives.
• Manage recruitment processes to meet staffing needs.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee concerns.
• Manage onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technology infrastructure runs smoothly.
• Oversee contract drafting, review, and compliance.
• Evaluate and select vendors, negotiating terms and conditions.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve operational workflows.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in operations management.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and IT systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with contract management software and HRIS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
