Director of Operations - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to play a key role in shaping an innovative customer experience, particularly during the onboarding process, contributing significantly to the company's success.

In Short

• Lead and develop the organization and create an Operations Excellence Hub.
• Enhance operational processes for higher efficiency and service quality.
• Scale new processes in the area of PVS // C&F.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless integration.
• Evaluate and implement tools and technologies.
• Manage multiple larger teams in customer service or logistics.
• Strong project management skills required.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
• Experience in working with BPO is a plus.
• Full-time position based in Berlin with hybrid work allowed.

Requirements

• Completed degree and over twelve years of professional experience.
• More than eight years of experience in leading larger teams.
• Experience in SaaS and workforce utilization.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong project management skills.
