• Lead the operations department and report directly to the CEO.

• Manage key performance indicators related to supply chain and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Act as a liaison between executive leadership and operational teams.
• Oversee warehouse and logistics management.
• Provide regular reports on eCommerce performance to the C-suite.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in operations management.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in Ecommerce is essential.
• 2 years of experience in warehouse/merchandising.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Click-Up.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Self-driven and action-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Benefits

• Salary range of $130,000 - $150,000.
