Join our mission at Doctolib! We are looking for a passionate Account Executive to build strong relationships with clients in the healthcare industry and contribute to our growth.

In Short

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Responsible for revenue and growth in your region.
  • Independently acquire clients and analyze their needs.
  • Regularly track sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B solutions.
  • Excellent hunting and pitching skills.
  • Strong communication skills in German (minimum C1).
  • Driver's license required.
  • Experience in the healthcare or e-health sector is a plus.
  • Full-time position based in Bremen, with remote work options.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales/outside sales.
  • Excellent hunting and pitching skills.
  • High energy level and a passion for selling.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C1 level).
  • Driver's license class B.
  • Experience in the healthcare or e-health sector is advantageous.
